RSH Relocation and Immigration Services is a full member of EuRA (European Relocation Association) and is bound by their ethics and Rules of Conduct. The stated aim of EuRA is to spread knowledge and understanding of the issues surrounding employee mobility. Further, EuRA enhances industry performance standards by communication and education.
The EuRA Global Quality Seal (EGQS) was introduced in 2008 to enable EuRA members offering mobility services to demonstrate their dedication to quality and professionalism.
Since its launch, over 120 offices of EuRA members have been accredited under the scheme across 35 countries. This revolutionary program focuses on process management across all areas of a EuRA member company’s sphere of operation, from service delivery to internal management.
The EuRA Quality Standard is the document that sets out all of the requirements to successfully achieve the EuRA Global Quality Seal Certification.
Within each section are the minimum requirements for certification under the EuRA Global Quality Seal.
Included in the EuRA Quality Standard are requirements for policies that will shape and define the way a company operates, both in terms of process management and in terms of successful and high-quality service delivery.
RSH Relocation and Immigration Services obtained the EuRA Global Quality Seal on December 14th, 2009. RSH Relocation and Immigration Services was recertified in 2011, 2013, 2016 and 2019.
Based on an ISO 9001 process management model, the EuRA Global Quality Seal specifies the processes and KPIs that reflect the very highest standards in relocation services as well as relocation related services. We have taken a next step in advocating the importance of a sustainable business by joing the United Nations Global Compact, a global initiative urging companies to adhere to the Ten Principles concerning human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.
The United Nations Global Compact, launched in 2000 by former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan, aims to "advance UN values and responsible business practices within the UN system and among the global business community." Today, the UN Global Compact serves as a platform to accelerate and amplify businesses' sustainability journeys, fostering a positive impact worldwide.
From 1990 onwards, dedicated third-party relocation companies started offering their services to companies whose employees needed assistance in relocating to The Netherlands. In 2006, a number of these relocation companies formed the non-profit Association of Relocation Professionals in The Netherlands (ARPN), with the idea that individual relocators would have a stronger voice if they joined forces. Together, they could be a sparring partner for Dutch government agencies. Over the years, ARPN has evolved into a respected partner, participating in think tanks and meetings concerning relocation, immigration, housing, schooling and other relevant subjects. Additionally, ARPN membership was presumed to serve as a quality standard for its members, with the organisation assessing the level of professionalism and quality of services of each member.
Its main goal remains the promotion of material and immaterial interests of entrepreneurs and firms working in relocation in the Netherlands. The organisation will focus even more on sharing knowledge and trends in the branch with its members.
In the knowledge and trust that members will take responsibility to uphold and exceed industry quality standards, as well as comply with ARPN codes of conduct and KPIs, the quality of ARPN as a whole is safeguarded. Before joining the organisation, prospective members have to meet well-defined requirements such as being certified with an international quality seal such as the EuRA Global Quality Seal or ISO certification and take an entry survey.
